Hello, I’m Theresa, and I’ve spent over 35 years as a psychotherapist. I’m thrilled to share my journey with you and the transformational work I offer for you and your family. Through my extensive experience, I’ve integrated psychology, spirituality, and transformational coaching. As the founder of ‘The Life You Imagine,’ and the 'Thriving Families' model, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table.

In 2018, I embarked on a path that allowed me to combine thoughts, feelings, intuition, and spirituality to manifest my deepest desires. Guided by a mentor with over 50 years of experience, I discovered a proven system of transformation, and now I've merged this with my clinical practice to create a hybrid model that creates better outcomes for many families than therapy or coaching alone. 

My 'Thriving Families' model offers structured support to couples, and families with children and teens using principles and practices that guide you and each of your family members to not only heal, but actually move toward an individual and shared vision. Each step forward transforms you into a bigger version of yourself. The more you move ahead despite fear, the more the universe aligns with your vision.
